Google just announced a new Chromecast yesterday, and the company already offers a good deal on one – all you have to do is sign up for YouTube TV and pay for a month of the service. If you want to take advantage of the offer, you should be able to access it here.
However, there are some caveats. You can only take advantage of this if you are a first-time YouTube TV subscriber, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Then, you must make a payment for your YouTube TV subscription between October 15 and December 31 to receive the free Chromecast offer. And the offer is only available in the US.
You should also know that paying $ 64.99 for a month of YouTube TV costs more than buying the new Chromecast on your own for $ 49.99. But if you’ve had a look at both YouTube TV and the new device, this could be a great deal for you.
The new Chromecast, officially called “Chromecast with Google TV”, differs from its predecessors in having a built-in operating system and a dedicated remote control. It also does 4K and supports a host of streaming services.
