Will Marvel characters win the Nexus war in season 4? Or will the new season be drastically different?
Chapter 2 Season 4 has just been released for players around the world.
Who would have thought when Fortnite released that we could play as V and Wolverine!
Now, we are looking towards the next season of Fortnite; it could be very different in every way.
Here we go!
Release date
Except for delays; Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4 is scheduled to end on November 30, 2020.

This means that Chapter 2 of Season 5 should start then too!
Battle pass
Like any season of Fortnite, we have another Battle Pass for Chapter 2, Season 5.
Within the battle pass, we will have a wide range of skins, emotes, pickaxes, gliders and (of course) V-bucks!
So for Fortnite Season 5, expect the same price of 950 V-bucks for the battle pass. Which works out to around $ 10 USD, and it is highly likely that players will be able to opt for the Battle Pass package.

The latter will cost 2800 V-bucks and will reward you with 25 Battle Pass levels to start with!
Changes to the map
Each new season of Fortnite implements some kind of changes to the map; although this past season he had some minor ones.
We’ll have to see what Epic has in store, maybe a return to the old map finally?

Although it’s hard to speculate on the future theme of the upcoming Fortnite season, let’s take a look at all of the themes from last season.

Everyone’s ‘favorite’ weapons have become a staple of every new Fortnite season.
We have a wide range of new this season; including Dr. Doom’s and Groots.
The theme of the new season will dictate which mythical weapons we get!

Likewise, last season was one of the most drastic loot changes we’ve seen in quite some time.
We can look forward to more vaults / teardowns and the addition of new weapons in the future.
Competitive, FNCS and World Cup
Since the cancellation of the Fortnite World Cup 2020, we know the entire competitive roadmap for the rest of the year.

Epic Games has outlined the future of competitive events for the upcoming seasons, but we don’t know what season 5 will be.
It can be assumed that Squads will be the game mode for the upcoming seasons of FNCS!
