BEIJING, Nov 25 (Reuters) – Chinese President Xi Jinping congratulated Joe Biden on Wednesday for winning the U.S. presidential election and expressed hope that the two countries can promote the healthy and stable development of bilateral relations. the official Xinhua news agency reported.
