Chadwick boseman He passed away at the age of 43 on August 28 after a four-year private battle with colon cancer. His former co-stars, colleagues, and loved ones have been sharing their memories and powerful tributes to Black panther star. Chadwick 21 bridges co-star, Sienna miller, recently spoke about the late actress’s generosity in helping her achieve equal pay.
“I did not know whether or not to tell this story, and I have not done it yet. But I am going to tell it because I think it is a testimony of who I was,” Sienna disclosed in the new tribute issue of
Empire dedicated to Chadwick.
He served as the producer and star of the 2019 action movie, and he took an active role in getting Sienna into the cast.
“He was a fan of my work, which was exciting, because he reciprocated from me to him, ten times,” recounted the British-American actress. “So he came up to me to do it, offered me this movie, and it was at a time when I really didn’t want to work anymore.”

Sienna revealed that she had been “working non-stop” and was “exhausted.” The moment of
21 bridges it was not the best for her or her daughter, Marlowe, 8, whom you share with ex-partner, Tom sturridge. At the same time, Sienna wanted to work with Chadwick.

“This was a pretty big budget movie, and I know everyone understands the pay disparity in Hollywood, but I asked for a number that the studio wouldn’t come up with,” he said.
“I said, ‘I’ll do it if I get compensated in the right way.’ And Chadwick ended up donating part of his salary to take me to the number I had asked for. He said that’s what I deserved to get paid. ”
It was a really special moment for the actress. The 38-year-old called it “the most amazing thing I have ever experienced.”
Chadwick’s kindness, generosity and artistry will continue to be remembered and lived.
