Call of Duty Cold War: Faze Pro looks at how it can be better than MW

[ad_1]

Treyarch’s Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War will be released later this year. Modern Warfare’s journey for most has been largely mixed. Aside from ‘The King’ Scump, who thinks Modern Warfare was the worst Call Of Duty title ever.

Regardless of that, MW gave us Warzone. Warzone is all the rage right now and, controversially, the most popular Battle Royale. Tons of players have left Fortnite to go play in the realistic environment of Verdansk. Somehow, Infinity War flooded the game with glitches and exploits. So in the end, Modern Warfare will continue to be a mix of good and bad for most Call Of Duty fans.

Right now we’re heading straight to Black Ops: Cold War. This game is a direct sequel to Black Ops 1. The multiplayer reveal will take place on September 9. Meanwhile, pros and streamers are busy discussing what to expect from the new Call Of Duty title.

On the most recent, The Courage and Nadeshot Show, guest FaZe Swagg spoke about the expectations looming over Black Ops: Cold War.

Streamers and pros in the newest Call Of Duty

FaZe Swagg is a content creator for the FaZe clan on YouTube. He has over a million subscribers and is a huge face on the Warzone scene. Besides that, he also plays professional tournaments, representing FaZe. His most recent win was at the Ultra tournament in Toronto a couple of weeks ago. Swagg shared many thoughts on Call Of Duty and its future with Courage and Nadeshot on the 100 Thieves show.

When Nadeshot asked him what he expected from the new COD, FaZe replied “custom lobbies. “

The point I’ll stop at is if you like custom lobbies. Where it would be like 100 people, (the same) like Fortnite but in Warzone. I would personally enjoy it. (….) They are literally much more entertaining.

Warzone currently doesn’t have custom lobbies and that’s definitely a huge drawback. Custom lobbies help content creators to create extremely entertaining content, and therefore it’s justified why Swagg is so adamant about it. Other than that, casual players have always loved the ability to play private matches.

They then discuss the weapons in the game. According to Nadeshot, the game has an LMG meta at the moment that is not very attractive to most players. Also, the SMG in Call Of Duty has long been ignored. Therefore, a weapon change and meta in the new COD is expected to improve it. Nadeshot even suggests that if ‘the PDW’ came back, people would go crazy.

Swagg also supports these sentiments. Talk about the dysfunctional AN-94. The recently released AR is not what the pros wanted in the game.

The AN-94, for example, got into Warzone, and it’s not even that good. I wonder how you are going to do a disservice to a weapon like AN-94 that has been incredibly good in BO2 and BO3. And you make it horrible in Warzone? Do that OP. I want to use the AN-94.

If the Treyarch developers are listening, they know that these tips will only make them more money. On top of that, Call Of Duty is one of the oldest game franchises to ever exist and they have a ton of weapons in their arsenal. They simply have to bring back the old favorites and watch the players spend money on them.

Plus, that could change Scump’s mind.

Call Of Duty Black Ops: Cold War will be released on November 13, 2020.
