A couple took their gender reveal party to new heights with a light show in none other than the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
YouTube stars Anas and Asala Marwah found out they were expecting a child after the tower lit up bright blue and displayed the phrase “It’s a boy!”
The couple posted a video of the event and how they prepared for it on their page on September 9.
Anas and Asala made sure that they would only find out about the baby’s gender at the party by giving the ultrasound results to their friend without looking at them.
After a few days of preparation, they made their way to an outdoor area next to the tower to eagerly await the big reveal. The couple were overjoyed when the 10-second countdown finally ended and the tower glowed a brilliant blue.
After the reveal, the tower also sent a congratulatory message to the family. The Burj Khalifa’s official Instagram page also posted a portion of the reveal.
“The big news just can’t get any bigger than this as the tallest building in the world lights up to reveal the biggest gender reveal ever made.” He said.
Asala explained that they held the big event in hopes of creating a lasting memory for themselves and their children.
“We wanted to make something unique and memorable so that we can all look at it in the future and remember what we built as a family,” he said.
Along with their next child, the two also have a daughter named Mila, whom they welcomed in 2018. /outside
