During a September event that included the announcement of new iPads and Apple Watches, Apple introduced a new program called Apple One that will combine its growing number of subscription services into a single monthly plan.
In recent years, Apple has diversified its business with monthly subscriptions for five different digital products: Apple Music, Apple TV +, Apple Arcade, Apple News +, and iCloud storage space. Also confirmed during the September event was a sixth platform, a digital training tool called Apple Fitness +.
Apple One will offer a discount for customers who invest in the Apple ecosystem. The Apple One individual plan starts at $ 14.95 per month and will include Apple Music, Apple TV +, Apple Arcade, and 50GB of iCloud storage. Those same services currently cost $ 21 per month if you subscribe to all of them without Apple One. Comparatively, the $ 19.95 per month family plan will provide those same services to six family members, when it would normally cost around $ 28 per month.
Apple One will be available later this fall, although the exact release date has not been announced. The Apple One Premier plan will be exclusive to the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK due to limited availability of Apple News + and Apple Fitness +.
