When you hear the name AirPods, you think of Apple’s TWS line of headphones. But that may soon change according to a new leak. The information says that Apple will use the AirPods name for a pair of upcoming headphones to put over the ears. This product will launch as AirPods Studio.
The information was revealed on Twitter by YouTuber and filter Jon Prosser. According to the tweet, AirPods Studio is a new pair of headphones with the “code name” B515. He adds that they will cost $ 349 and will have active noise cancellation.
It appears that Apple is sticking with the “AirPods” brand for its new headphones.

Regarding the design, a Bloomberg report from last month already revealed details about the headphones, although their name was not known at the time.
The report says AirPods Studio will have interchangeable parts. Users will be able to change the ear cushions and headband as they are attached to the frame by magnets.
The design is said to allow users to switch between fitness and comfort modes. The publication also said there will be two variants, including a premium version with leather-like materials.
AirPods Studio will use the same wireless pairing technology as AirPods Pro and will also have Siri integrated along with touch controls.
No information on a release date yet. The pandemic has affected the release date of several products, including Apple products.
