Niantic has announced some exciting events coming to Pokemon Go in May, including Snubbull Limited Research and a new incense day.
Between 8 a.m. and at 10 p.m. local time on Saturday, March 9, more than 50 timed research assignments will be available as part of the Snubbull Limited Research event. That should give you plenty of opportunities to hook the Fairy-type Pokémon, which will also appear in Brilliant form.
“Be sure to complete the Scheduled Research during this time as it will disappear at 10:00 pm local time at the point. This event will occur at the same time as the Safari Zone Philadelphia and Throwback Challenge 2020 ticket event: Johto, so there will be a lot to do this weekend, “says the Niantic ad.
The next step for the Pokemon Go May events is a new incense day for Water and Dark type Pokémon. On Sunday, May 17, from 11 a.m. At 5 p.m. local time, the big catch here is Carvanha, which will be drawn to incense more than usual. An exclusive event pack that includes three incenses will be available in the store for 1 PokeCoin, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to catch your Carvanha.
Also look for different types of Water and Dark Pokémon. Every hour, the event shuffles the type of Pokémon drawn by incense from water to darkness and vice versa.
