John Cena continues his involvement with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, even during the coronavirus pandemic.
The WWE legend recently surprised seven-year-old David Castle, who is battling a Wilms tumor.
Cena visited the young man at his home in Tampa, Florida, and brought him two WWE title belts, signed jerseys, a signed show, a doll, a hat, and some of his bracelets.
David’s mother Tammy Miller said her son was excited and had tears in his eyes when he saw Cena, who is one of his favorite fighters.
WFLA News reported that the Pasco County Fire Service helped put together the surprise.

Absolutely brilliant. Even the COVID-19 crisis won’t stop the 16-time WWE World Champion from surprising his fans.
But did we expect anything less? Cena has been a face of the Make-A-Wish Foundation for a long time, granting more than 650 wishes to date.
His last visit without a doubt meant the world to David and his family.
The seven-year-old boy was diagnosed with Wilms tumor in October 2019 and was already in stage four after diagnosis. It has now spread to other parts of your body.

During a time when everything seems dark, Cena continues to bring a little hope to those who need it most.
