30-30 Repeater is the new weapon coming to the game with the Season 8 update. This is the first weapon to arrive after the Season 6 update. It is a semi-automatic rifle with an improved damage rate.

In addition to this, the update will also bring improvements to matchmaking. With the new matchmaking algorithm, players with the same rank level will be matched for a fair match.
Respawn has also made some changes to the game’s RP system. Players will now be able to earn placement RP up to the top 13 in the match instead of the top 10. Additionally, the kill and assist count has risen to 6,
Players will now be able to get assist for up to 10 seconds compared to the previous 7.5 seconds.
Lastly, all players except Diamond + will be matched within their own rank.
