But it appears that GTA forum user DerekLeet has discovered a new leak that could provide a spike in Grand Theft Auto 6. The user reviewed the code in Red Dead Redemption 2 and found a file titled “propsets.meta”. In this file, there were lists of various weapons that were not part of RDR2 or GTA 5 absolutely. The weapons were titled Browning (Pistol), L1AL (Rifle), and AK47. DerekLeet suggested that none of those weapons could be established in the era RDR2 is established and that in GTA 5, that version of an AK47 is known as “W_AR_ASSUALTRIFLE”, which is not far from the AK47 found in the data mine, labeled “W_AR_AK47”.
This is certainly exciting news for fans. GTA series, as there has been no confirmation other than possible leaks in recent years. What’s more interesting is that this file has been in the game code since the release of Red Dead Redemption 2, which means that a possible sequel to GTA6 it could have been in production for some time. GTA 5 It’s still one of the best-selling games on current-generation consoles, and will most likely continue to sell once it launches on the PS5 and Xbox Series X / S later in 2021.
Again, there has been no confirmation on how to Grand theft auto 6 from Rockstar, but that hasn’t stopped the buzz that is generated among fans of the series. Grand theft auto 6 may even have caused the cancellation of Bully 2, so it’s clear that it’s focused on the minds of Rockstar Games. But if it will be revealed soon, it is still up in the air.
