Key Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro specs, such as battery life and IP rating, were leaked ahead of its official announcement. According to a known insider, the rumored Galaxy Buds Pro Wireless Stereo (TWS) headphones will feature an IPX7 water resistance rating and up to 28 hours of battery life. An earlier report claimed that these headphones could include features like 3D spatial audio with head tracking and voice detection.
Tipster Ishan Agarwal, in collaboration with 91Mobiles, has detailed key features of the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. He says the headphones will come equipped with 11mm bass drivers and dual 6.5mm tweeter coaxial speakers. The leak also claims that they will offer noise cancellation of up to 35dB and feature dual connection, meaning that the headphones can be connected to two devices simultaneously.
Additionally, the insider says that the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro will offer up to 28 hours of battery life, which also includes battery power from the charging case. The headphones are also claimed to have an IPX7 water resistance rating.
Previous reports have also addressed some of the features of the headphones. According to a report, the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro could come with features like 3D spatial audio with head tracking and voice detection. Agarwal had also leaked the same characteristics into a cheep. The headphones have also been shown in a leaked 360-degree promo animation. The Galaxy Buds Pro earphones are rumored to be released in January 2021, alongside the Galaxy S21 series.
