Google Camera Go now allows users to click HDR images

Google Camera Go debuted in Nokia 1.3 that was Announced in March 2020. A month later, it was discovered that the search giant working in HDR function for this application. Now, eight months later, this feature is finally available to users.

Android Go Edition is a simplified version of the standard Android entry-level smartphone operating system. It is designed for devices with 2GB or less of RAM. Most of these phones are sold in developing countries as they are aimed at first-time smartphone buyers.

Occasionally, Google introduces new functions in this branch of the Android operating system. Therefore, earlier this year, the company launched an app called Camera Go. Months after the official announcement of the application, received its first major feature: night mode in October.

Now, two months later, the app has its second main feature: HDR. The Mountain View-based company confirmed this in a cheep sent by the official Android Twitter account.

In the announcement tweet, the company even mentions that the final output of HDR images will vary depending on the manufacturer. Anyway, these images should be much better than normal shots.

That said, as we mentioned at the beginning, the Camera Go app is only available on Android Go Edition smartphones. Although the APK can be installed on any device with Android 8.0 Oreo or higher, the night mode and HDR functionality will not work.
