NotAnOpinion, 52 minutes agoThey had to retract that anti-Apple poll, this is a dominant droid site, due to mind boggling … moreI don’t think GSMArena makes your Pro-Apple / Anti-Huawei stance very obvious. I’m interested in what you have to say about all your survey results.

Anonymous, 2 hours agoThey did the same in the iPhone survey. Most did not want an iPhone. https … moreThey had to back down from that anti-Apple poll, this is a dominant droid site, due to the mind-blowing sale of series 12 WORLDWIDE.

Huawei never had a chance to get the attention of consumers and the media FAIR and like it or not, it shows a technology site / technology channels INTERGRITY even if they try to censor many voices like mine.

The damage is done and consumers with integrity never forget that stance of the yech source.

It doesn’t matter how many times they censor / respond to your damage control.

Lancewood, 3 hours agoYes, you are the majority in the survey, but not the majority of the actual buying public. Huawei can do … moreYou have pointed out reality, but you missed a part of it!
Many of the people who have chosen ‘You will surely buy a Huawei Mate 40 Pro +’, chose that option out of patriotism.
Actually some of them would already have a recently bought Huawei phone, many of the ‘patriots’ may not be able to afford a $ 1000 phone, some may be gaming phone enthusiasts (so Lenovo or Nubia like Huawei they don’t make games phones), some might end up buying a Xiaomi instead of a Huawei in the near future, etc.
So, in the end, the survey practically shows reality.

Are all comments necessary?
I mean, there are the results from the pool, and that’s enough. we don’t need to read about it.
Basically this is a “one picture per thousand words” situation 😅

Lancewood, 3 hours agoYes, you are the majority in the survey, but not the majority of the actual buying public. Huawei can do … moremakes as much sense as this spinning article, which equates to: it doesn’t make sense!

this poll has nothing to do with the public because if it was really related to the public, the majority of the voting public and most of the opinions around all the other tech blogs / mega youtuber reviewers say no to Huawei or no can recommend matte 40 series.

Lukhanyo, 8 hours agoClearly, all of us who voted against getting a Huawei phone do not exist, because we are the … moreYes, you are the majority in the survey, but not the majority of the actual buying public. Huawei can do well even in its own domestic market. China has 850 million mobile users. What is the population of YOUR country? HAHAHA.

Clearly all of us who voted against getting a Huawei phone do not exist, because we are the majority in the first poll, this article is a joke.

$ 1,200 without OIS is an abomination considering that EVERY non-Asus ROG phone in that price range has OIS on the main camera; from iPhone to Galaxy to LG to Oppo to OnePlus to Vivo to Xiaomi. Without excuses.

And then what happens to that screen resolution? NO content will be fully utilized, so why not the 1260p screen or the full 2K screen? Add in not putting in at least a 4,800mAH battery (improvement over the 30 Pro), it just didn’t seem like the Pro and Pro + were worth it.

I said it once and I’ll say it again, the Pro + should have taken a greater risk by increasing specs (21: 9 ratio, thicker / larger battery, front stereo speakers, 2K at 120Hz refresh rate, etc) . The P40 pro + made no sense and this is no different.
