OnePlus relentlessly continues its relentless teaser campaign for 8T, a smartphone that will be unveiled in full next week, on October 14. After sharing some details about its specifications, the company has now decided to reveal the design of the next device, in its latest teaser video. Here it is, ladies and gentlemen, the OnePlus 8T in aqua green.
According to the company, this version comes with a “remarkable” glossy glass back. To quote OnePlus, “it takes advantage of diffuse reflection, a form of light refraction that scatters light over a wide range of angles and directions to produce a clean, shiny surface that effectively mitigates fingerprint build-up.”
The film used is seven coats to complement the high gloss finish and highlight the unique shade between green and blue.
Apart from all this, what stands out is the new design of the camera island, never seen before in a OnePlus device, and quite reminiscent of the latest Samsung smartphones, as well as some of Oppo and Realme.
The OnePlus 8T will have a 120Hz 1080p + AMOLED display, the Snapdragon 865 chipset, and a battery that supports 65W charging. Everything will be presented next Wednesday.
