Microsoft has changed the name of Bing, changing the name of the search platform to Microsoft Bing in the process.
The company calls it a “change” and says Microsoft Bing reflects the “continuous integration of our search experiences across the Microsoft family.”
The rebranding was announced in a blog post dedicated to the company’s “Give with Bing” efforts, with Microsoft expanding the initiative to allow users to “make a difference just by searching.”

“Beyond our commitment to expanding search scenarios, we also believe that you can and should get more value from the searches you do every day,” the blog reads.
“Give with Bing is an extension of Microsoft Rewards: Microsoft Rewards allows you to earn points simply by searching Microsoft Bing, and Give with Bing allows you to automatically donate those points to causes that matter to you.”
Microsoft said it has expanded the number of nonprofits in Give with Bing to include more than 1.4 million global organizations. He said that until December 31, 2020, he would match points donated to organizations through Give with Bing.
Through Give with Bing, Microsoft said that users have donated Microsoft Rewards points worth more than $ 1 million.
Starting Monday, Give with Bing will be available in the UK, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Germany and Spain, as well as the United States.
