Today we take a look at some leaks about the OnePlus 8T and the next version of the OnePlus Nord. These devices are slight modifications of their predecessors and will almost certainly arrive in the United States relatively soon. If what we’ve heard in the leaks and through insider tips is true, these devices will update the Android experience, then why would you say you don’t need a OnePlus 8T?
OnePlus is in a place where they have control over software updates for their smartphones. They have a user base, a growing user base, who enjoy using OnePlus devices for more than a season or two. They like the idea of having the newest smartphone features, even if they don’t have the newest smartphone.

As such, and since the OnePlus 8T leaks don’t seem to have any features that completely change the way the phone experience unfolds, most OnePlus users who have purchased a OnePlus smartphone in recent years do not need worry about feeling especially upset about not waiting for this new model to launch to buy a new phone.
However, if you are looking for a relatively inexpensive, high-quality smartphone and haven’t bought a new smartphone in recent years, it would seem that your time is near. If the rumored OnePlus Nord 5G aimed at the US is as high-quality as the internationally launched OnePlus Nord, it will be a real winner.
The battery will be larger in the OnePlus 8T than in the OnePlus 8, and roughly the same size as the OnePlus 8 Pro, if not a bit shorter. It’s been suggested that the rear-facing camera suite will work with a 48MP main sensor and three other cameras, one ultra-wide, one for depth sending, and the smallest to help with macro shots.
The OnePlus Nord 5G is most likely closely related to its immediate predecessor, with the obvious inclusion of a new processor to handle 5G connectivity. This next-gen device is likely to take on the biggest (low-cost) names in the US 5G smartphone market by the end of October.
