Sony put a bunch of PlayStation 5 games up for digital preorder and detailed some of the bonuses that will be delivered to early adopters. Pre-orderable PS5 games include Sackboy: A Big Adventure, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and Demon’s Souls.
As the next-gen console launch nears, Sony has put several of its PS5 launch games to pre-order. Many of them will also feature a deluxe digital edition packed with bonuses. I have summarized the deluxe digital editions for various PS5 games below.
Sackboy: A Big Adventure Digital Deluxe Edition:
- A digital art book showing the world of Sackboy
- Digital soundtrack
- Four Sackboy outfits from different PlayStation games: Jin from Ghost of Tsushima, Sam Porter Bridges from Death Stranding, Connor from Detroit Become Hume and Deacon St. James from Days Gone
- Four Sackboy gestures based on the characters mentioned above.
- 20 Sackboy avatars
- TRACK Suit DLC leather. Designed by Javier Garron, artist of the Miles: Morales Spider-Man comic series. Includes Mod. Untraceable suit.
- Spidey’s Second Suit – Unannounced Mystery DLC Costume.
- Gravity Well Device: Early unlock of the gravity well device that bonds enemies, knocks them down, and disarms them.
- Extra Skill Points – Bonus points that can go towards new powers and abilities.
Demon’s Souls is unique in that its Digital Deluxe Edition comes with new armor and weapons that weren’t in the original PlayStation 3 version of the game. Pre-order any version of Demon’s Souls and players will receive the new Reaper’s Scythe weapon.
The digital pre-order for the Deluxe Edition will also include:

Fans of the original PS3 version will notice that new items, like the Red-Eye Knight armor, are likely new drops from existing enemies. Other items, like cereals, are a mystery. This has fueled speculation that the PS5 remake Demon’s Souls could add additional content.
Bluepoint Games added an easter egg to their new version of Shadow of the Colossus, so the developers are not afraid to add new content to new versions. Of course, we will have to wait until its release on November 12 to know for sure.
