The popular fighting simulator Tekken 7 is about to conclude its third season. As developers Bandai Namco prepared to release the game’s fourth season, someone in charge of the Brazilian YouTube channel was unable to get the memo. The YouTube channel uploaded the trailer for the fourth season before the scheduled release. While they were quick to remove it, some managed to record parts or take screenshots.
The season will run from Q4 2020 to 2021. There are many new elements that Season 4 will introduce to the game, including new characters, a new stage, new moves, and an updated user interface.
Tekken YouTuber YellowMotion had taken some details and screenshots of the leaked trailer and leaked the same on their Twitter account.

Tekken 7 will witness Kunimitsu’s long-awaited return in season 4
The highlight of the reveal was the return of Kunimitsu, the masked warrior. She is a mysterious treasure hunter and former member of the Yoshimitsu ninja clan who hides the upper half of her face with a cat-shaped mask.
Furthermore, the update will also introduce a new stage called Red Gates. Finally, in 2021 the developers will release a new character, along with a new stage. All of this comes with new moves, a new user interface, a revamped ranking system, and improved online gameplay.
AGAIN! Bamco leaked Kunimitsu! I saw it. I got really excited! It’s REAL and its Revelation is AWESOME F # ING! 🤯 Many, including me, waited for a long time and I don’t want to ruin the work of the developers. So I am NOT going to post it! And let them do it on your show! Get ready and go! Kuni is coming! 👊 pic.twitter.com/sLP6LxnPiz

The trailer also included a reveal of Kunimitsu’s face. In one sequence, for the first time, the mask is finally removed. Eurogamer reports that fans suspect that the character in the trailer is Kunimitsu’s daughter and not her. This is the result of comparing images of the character in Tekken 2. According to fans, he had two scars on his face from Tekken 2, which are not visible in the recent face reveal.
Regardless of the uncertain change, fans are still excited to see her return to the game. The trailer’s scheduled release will take place early in the morning on September 27. Fans will have to wait until then for Bandai Namco to make official announcements.
