Of all the cards included, the most valuable are Diamond Larry Bird and Amethyst Allan Houston. If you’re wondering why, it’s pretty simple: shoot.
At first, the biggest challenge for 2K players across multiple modes has been the scramble to take 3-point shots and even mid-range jump shots.
The Bird card, which has a three-point rating of 90, and the Houston (which has 92) are the best shooting cards in the new packs, and are among the best available to anyone currently playing the mode. If you have them in your lineup, you will have a major advantage over anyone who can’t fight you with comparable shots.
If you are looking for cards that can help you in the current MyTeam Limited event, which only allows you to have one Ruby or more, and the rest must be Sapphires or less, after doing your best to acquire Bird and / or Houston, the next cards Ruby Gus Williams should be on your list.
While the Seattle Supersonics legend is not a great shooter (65 from three-point rating), he has tremendous speed (96) and a high steal rating (93). If you’re having a hard time shooting, transitioning out is the next best option, and Williams’ card can help you with that strategy.
These packs will be available until September 11.
