Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War multiplayer footage appears to have leaked ahead of the official reveal.

The Black Ops Cold War multiplayer event will officially take place on September 9.

Unfortunately for Call of Duty publisher Activision, six minutes of multiplayer gameplay may have been leaked earlier.

First posted on Reddit, the game’s video gives fans an early look at the previously rumored Miami map.

It also gives fans a look at the game’s new VIP Escort mode, which tasks one team with escorting a VIP to the exit, while the other team must stop them.

As noted by Reddit user Bolt_995, the multiplayer footage also highlights one or two new and recurring features.

Not only are the intro animations described as more cinematic, but players are also said to have health bars.

Interestingly, things like the tactical sprint and montage seem to have been removed, even though the footage is from an Alpha version of the game.

While there is a possibility that the images will be removed in the future, you can watch the multiplayer game through this link.

Activision will unveil the multiplayer game in its entirety during a Twitch livestream event next week.

Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War is in development for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It will also be available on next-gen platforms, including Xbox Series X and PS5.

In true Black Ops style, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War fuses elements of 1980s pop culture through a mind-blowing conspiracy story, where deception and subterfuge are the norm in the gripping campaign for a player “, reads the official single. player description.

“In this sequel to the original Call of Duty: Black Ops, players meet historical figures and learn harsh truths as they battle around the world through iconic locations such as East Berlin, Turkey, Vietnam, Soviet-era Moscow and plus.

“As elite agents, players attempt to stop a decades-long plot while tracking down a dark figure named Perseus, on a mission to destabilize the global balance of power and change the course of history.”

It goes without saying that the campaign will be accompanied by the aforementioned multiplayer component, in addition to Zombies.

Elsewhere, Activision has confirmed plans to support cross-generation and cross-platform multiplayer. This means that fans of all platforms can play with each other.

Similar to Modern Warfare, the post-launch DLC will also be available for free. This includes maps and operators.

The game has a release date of November 13 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The PS5 and Xbox Series X versions will launch this holiday season.
