Microsoft has given one of its most imposing products a major update that should make it more attractive to businesses returning to the office.
The computer giant has revealed that its Microsoft Surface Hub 2S will now be available in Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise versions.
This means that users will be able to enjoy a broader range of Windows 10 services, including support for a wide range of applications and software tools, as well as support for Windows Hello and the ability to connect third-party accessories.

When it was first released last year, the Surface Hub 2S was previously only available on Windows 10 Team OS, rather than the standard Windows 10 platform.
Moving to Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise versions means that the device can now use Win32 and x64 applications, along with services from the Microsoft Store.
Surface Hub 2S can now also use biometric scans to log in users, either with the Surface Hub 2 fingerprint reader or with any of the third-party Windows Hello accessories.
There’s also support for Microsoft Defender ATP antivirus security services, giving the device a significant protection boost, as well as support for any Windows 10-compatible USB accessory.
Microsoft released the Surface Hub 2S in April 2019, but the device has struggled to get off the ground, partly due to its massive size (with a 50-inch screen). The Surface Hub 2S can be attached with a detachable mobile webcam, the Surface Hub 2 Camera, which clips onto all sides of the device, and it also comes with the Surface Hub 2 Pen, which allows you to simply grab and start typing.
However, customers have enjoyed deep integration with Microsoft Teams, including a feature called Coordinated Meetings that allows multiple compatible devices to be synchronized for video calls.
