The Outer Worlds is just under 10GB on the Nintendo Switch

The Outer Worlds will be back in the news in the coming months as the Nintendo Switch version is about to launch. The game will be heading to the Nintendo platform in June and now, we know how much storage space you will need to free up to play.

The Outer Worlds arrives on the Nintendo Switch on June 5, hopefully just before the first Obsidian DLC announcement. Those who purchase the game digitally can expect a 9.8GB download, according to the Switch eShop listing.

Unfortunately, those who buy the physical edition will not be able to escape the need to download files, since the patch of the first day of the game must be installed, with a size of 6 GB.

The patch for the physical edition of the game provides additional textures, performance optimizations, and fixes a number of known game issues.

KitGuru says: I’ll be looking forward to seeing this running on Switch, though it may not return for another full game. Have any of you already played The Outer Worlds? Are you waiting for the Switch version?
