4K, 240FPS KFC Console Is Real … And Will Keep Your Chicken Warm

[ad_1]

Move to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, Kentucky Fried Chicken has announced its KFC console, an Intel-powered, VR-ready PC capable of 4K, Raytracing, up to 240 fps gameplay and a chicken camera that will keep you warm while you play . . No, we are not kidding. This KFConsole was technically presented for the first time a day after the PlayStation 5 reveal event, and while many thought it might just be a hilarious KFC marketing prank, KFConsole is very real.

The KFConsole case is built by Cooler Master, and the patented chicken chamber is perhaps its main feature.

“Never risk letting your chicken cool down again thanks to the patented chicken chamber,” the description reads. “Using the system’s natural heat and airflow system, you can now focus on your game and enjoy hot, crispy chicken between rounds.”

The KFC console is housed in a custom Cooler Master NC100 chassis and includes an Intel Nuc 9 and an Asus-powered GPU that are interchangeable. It also has two 1TB Seagate BarraCuda SSDs that have “PCIe NVMe speeds that are 6x faster.”

The release date and price for the KFConsole have yet to be given, but hopefully they won’t be as hard to find as the PS5 and Xbox Series X / S.

KFC has been making its way into the hearts and minds of many not only with its food and the KFC console, but also with its official KFC dating sim and its Lifetime movie starring Mario Lopez as Colonel Sanders.
