The law firm, which represents the victims of the Lion Air crash in a class-action lawsuit against Tom Giardi, has requested that Judge Erica Giardi, known by her stage name Erica Jane, stop selling her clothes online.
In legal documents filed by Adelson PC on Friday and viewed by Page Six, Pay notes that Girari’s fortune has stabilized, so the freeze should be extended to the star of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” as well as his 81-year-old Girard Would have bought clothes for.
Although Girdi and 49-year-old Jayne have filed for divorce, the couple lives by California’s communal property law, so anything the reality star has belongs to her abducted husband.

He is also being sued by Wells Fargo Financial Services for breach of written agreement and communication with the bank.
It is unclear whether Girari, who testified that he was broken, will pay any damages he will be ordered to pay.
