Ellen DeGeneres continues her efforts to control injury with employees from her hit shows following allegations of a toxic work environment.
The 62-year-old star is reportedly increasing benefits for staff, including more free time and a better medical leave policy, according to Variety on Thursday.
These latest moves come at noon when news comes that they have fired three top executive producers as part of sweeping changes the cabaret artist is making within their organization.

Sources with knowledge of the situation told Variety that after an emotional video conference with staff on Monday The Ellen DeGeneres Show put several new employee benefits in place.
The measures include ‘increased paid leave and a liberal medical care policy’ and already have the desired effect of boosting morale, the insider said.
Employees will now have five paid days with them, to use as needed, disable birthdays and ‘paid time for doctor appointments and family affairs’.
During the same virtual meeting with staff, Ellen fell in love with the 200 people on the call and revealed that she had also fired three top producers.

The familiar family day also dealt with several of the other allegations made against her and other higher-ups on the show, including the rumor that no one is allowed to look her in the eye.

Ellen called the rumors of workplace toxicity ‘heartbreaking’ and said she was ‘not perfect’, according to PageSix.

According to her, she admitted that she was introverted and had ‘good days and bad days’ and said she knew it could be misunderstood because she was opposed to being mean.
The series is currently an internal investigation into allegations of committed sexual abuse, such as bullying in the workplace.
As part of the WarnerMedia investigation, executive producers Ed Glavin and Kevin Leman and co-executive Jonathan Norman were released.
And, Ellen’s own DJ on the show, Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, has been named as co-executive producer, who recently appeared to be defending his boss by saying there was ‘love’ on the set .

The research was first sparked by a Buzzfeed exposure in the show last month.
The July 16 article made public claims by one current and 10 former employees of Ellen’s talk show who said they experienced racism, fear and intimidation while accusing the long-running series of works and accusing producers of bullying.
The show then came up for additional allegations of sexual abuse in a second BuzzFeed News article on July 30, in which dozens of men and women accused Leman, Glavin and Norman of sexual harassment, abuse or assault.
