Earth is preparing to get a new mini-moon – but astronomers are confused by its origin. News

The object object known as 2020 SO is moving towards Earth, and from October to October it will be ‘Mini-Moon’, which will be in orbit of our planet till May next year. When we have the moon, the earth regularly finds many small asteroids and meteors lying in its orbit, which astronomers call the ‘mini-moon’.

The definition of the moon is any natural object object that falls into the gravitational pull of the planets.

Now astronomers have discovered a small, dangerous object that is heading for Earth, and according to astronomers’ simulations it could be trapped in the planet’s gravity for up to eight months.

The video of the simulation shows that while our planet is in orbit while BJT 2020 SO comes close to two near Earth.

The first will arrive on December 1, when it will fly about 50,000 kilometers (31,000 miles).

The object then looks like it will try to move away from our planet, before being pulled back by gravitational pull for a closer approach on February 2, 2021.

However, this is only from preliminary observations and could easily change over the next few months.

Astronomer Tony Dunn said: “Asteroids 2020 SO, October 2020 – May 2021 may be captured by Earth.

“A very messy road, so be prepared for a lot of research with new observations coming.”

More specifically, Mr. Chodas stated that Surveyor 2 is probably a piece of spacecraft rocket that was sent to the moon in 1966.

Astronomer Kevin Heather said: “Asteroid 2020 SO is suspected to be the Surveyor 2 Centaur rocket booster launched on September 20, 1966.

“Earth-like orbit and low relative velocity indicate man-made matter.”

Earth’s last mini-moon came earlier this year when a small meteor named 2020 CD3 caught the planet’s orbit.

Space Rock remained in orbit for about three months before continuing its journey into the solar system in March.
