Eagles vs 49ers Quick Counts: Travis Fulgam affects from the start

Let’s break the Philadelphia Eagles ’quick counts with their Week 4 win (!) Over the San Francisco 49ers, shall we?

Office

  • Jordan Mailata made his first NFL start on the left side and didn’t miss a snap. It felt fine from there!

  • Zach Ertz saw the most playing time of any skill player but 49 people kept him clamped. Ertz had just four receptions for nine yards on five total goals. We all know that Artz is not good when it comes to yards after Kurt but was very particularly surprised after seeing George Keatle become a monster in this game. Artz is not helping her case for a new contract; He has only 1,139 139 yards so far. It obviously attracts more attention but you can say the same for how many who had 183 yards on Sunday night alone.

  • John Hightower led all the Eagles ’huge receivers to play for the second week in a row. He only had two receptions for 22 yards but one of them came on a crucial 4th and 4th conversion.

  • Miles Sanders only touches a total of 15 in this game. He averages 3.5 as a Rusher and has two receptions for 30 yards. The Eagles eagerly didn’t use it on their final offensive drive …. was he “tired” once again? If so, that’s kind of a problem.

  • Travis Fulgam officially launched and the third highest receiver instant L.G. He apparently had the biggest game of the game with a 42-yard touchdown reception down to the left. Great Eagles start for 25 year olds!

  • Lane Johnson faced the right to eat, but was put in trouble due to an ankle injury. Jack Driscoll played to the right when Johnson was out.

  • Richard Rogers actually made some tangible contributions with a lot of attention to the arts. He had three receptions for 35 yards and if that Wentz hadn’t overturned him while he was opening the field for a massive advantage.

  • Dionte has no goals for Burnett.
  • No targets on the Boston Scott logged only two carried logs for one yard.

  • Adrian Killins left Corey Clement behind in his NFL debut. The Eagles used Killins from time to time and tried to sweep with him which resulted in -12 yards.
  • Clement had only two carryings for three yards. It is safe to say that the Eagles are better able to keep their backs deep behind the Sanders.

  • Jalen Hurt ran for 18 yards in three attempts. 14 of them ran at the end of the 3rd and 34 at the end of the second quarter. The 49ers sniffed a trick play where he had to throw back at Carson Wentz.

Rescue

  • Rodney McLeod hasn’t missed a snap this year. It came with the Eagles’ first draw since the 17th week last year.

  • Avant Maddox and Trevor Williams on the injured reserve at the Cornwall outside Jale Lane Mills.

  • Nathan Gary is on the field too.

  • Fletcher Cox’s impact is well beyond the statistics but he did not make any state in the game despite playing second-order defensive line snaps.

  • The Duke Riley is very much in the field

  • Marcus Apps played a greater role with Mills playing the corner.

  • It was an active night for Derek Barnett. The stove in the first round of 2017 has half a sack, one face for loss and two quarterback hits. Good to see
  • Creavon LeBlanc at one point to Nick Mulens, who was stripped of his belt. Stripes just make plays! The Eagles shouldn’t be so reluctant to play him.
  • KVN Vlace Les played a career-high 27 defensive tackles. He struggled against the kettle a few times but it was obviously a very tough draw. Still, it’s good to see him on the field.

  • Josh Sweat’s quick calculations are down every week: 70% to 57% to 53% to 37%. Despite this, he still has a sack, a face for loss, and a quarterback hit in the game. He sweats up to three sacks in four games this year.

  • Hassan Rizvi joined the Sec Party.

  • T.J. Edwards did not return after suffering a hamstring injury. That meant more play time for Alex Singleton, who gave Nick Mullins the right to arrange a peak six on him.

  • You may have noticed before that I give Howie Roseman a lot of screams for Janard Avery’s business. In my defense, he had a bad camp, he had a healthy start in Week 2, and last week he had only one encounter (no other statistics). But Avery was very efficient in this one with a sack, a face for loss and a team-leading five quarterback hits. Now this is the product you want to see more often!

Special teams

  • Ford left the game with a hamstring injury and did not return. He faced a nice special teams on punt coverage early in the game.
  • Not listed in the graphic but Luke Juriga also played three special teams instant.

Not played

Active: Elsh on Na Jeffrey, Decin Jackson, J.J. Arsega-Whiteside, Hakeem Butler, on Wante Maddox, Net Sudfeld, Casey Tohill

Active: Jason Huntley, Jemon Brown

  • Jeffrey will be able to return in 5 weeks.

  • Since Scott and Clement aren’t really producing, it would be nice to give Huntley some chances to see what he can do.
