His demise led to an afra-dhama week that saw Hawkins lose his role as captain of Washington and the team was fined an undisclosed amount for violating the Covid-19 protocol.
When the 23-year-old masked man was alerted to the team on social media posts while attending his girlfriend’s birthday party, Washington Washington vandalized and fined Haskins.
The Huskins team had its first round draft in 2019 and finished 1515th overall.
The former Ohio State University quarterback apologized to his team last week for its virus protocol actions, saying it was “immature and unacceptable.”
According to ESPN and several other outlets, Huskins told Monday’s publication on his private Twitter account that he had “taken full responsibility for not adhering to NFL QB standards and that this experience would make him a better man and player.”
