Dustin Poirier was the biggest UFC winner on ESPN 12, both figuratively and financially.
After earning a grueling unanimous decision victory over Dan Hooker in the main event on Saturday, Poirier (26-6 MMA, 18-5 UFC) took home a revealed $ 300,000 purse. Add your “Night Fight” bonus, and Poirier pocketed a total of $ 350,000 for his efforts.
MMA Junkie obtained a Nevada Athletic Commission wrestler salary list for the UFC on ESPN 12 on Monday, which took place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
Poirier, 31, was among the three fighters who earned a six-figure salary. Joining him were Hooker, who won $ 110,000, and Mike Perry, who pocketed $ 180,000 after defeating Mickey Gall, who won $ 50,000.
The total payout revealed for the 10-fight card was $ 1.14 million.

They also do not include any other “costumes” or special discretionary bonuses that the UFC sometimes pays. They also don’t include pay-per-view cuts that some high-level fighters receive.
For example, UFC officials also awarded a “Night Fight” bonus to Poirier and Hooker, and two $ 50,000 “Night Performance” bonuses to Hansen and Erosa.
In other words, the figures above are simply base wages reported to the commission and do not reflect complete compensation packages for the event.
