Cable ratings reflect explosive viewing engagement in the latest dramatic and gut-wrenching episode of Under blanket Mediterranean Sea.
“There is no place like home,” episode 12 devastated the ratings, marking a series high. “S05E12 – 1.872 million viewers (0.64 18-49 demo) * series high *,” Bravo Ratings tweeted. Add, “this is the highest number of viewers and demo #BelowDeckMed has ever received over all 5 seasons.”
The exaggerated episode began when Chief Steward Hannah Ferrier was confronted about having prescription drugs on board the yacht. Captain Sandy Yawn concluded that she could not take the boat safely to sea with Ferrier as the main step. Ferrier was fired within the first 10 minutes of the episode.
The drama did not end with Ferrier’s historic departure. Chef Tom Checketts melts down during dinner as the crew attempts to navigate the charter to a crew member.
The season has reached its peak
Viewers are definitely waiting Below Deck Med, led by all women to the misogynistic collapse Under deck season 7. Fans were furious about how several men on the boat treated the women, specifically head coach Kate Chastain.

Ratings began to explode when problems were on the horizon for beloved chef Hindrigo “Kiko” Lorran. He left the boat when estimates crossed the 1.7 million mark. When Ferrier’s medication was discovered, viewers knew Ferrier was in serious trouble. The last episode was the end of the road for Ferrier.

Many fans were furious at how Ferrier played his departure. Some people vibrate Yawn on social media to shoot Ferrier. Others attacked Bosnia’s Malia White on social media for snatching the photo of Ferrier’s medication and sharing it with Yawn.
Fans expressed their frustration on Twitter with several parts that they will not see the series again. ‘I stopped looking back a few weeks. But this reads… yes…. Karma, ”one person said tweeted. Another person wrote, “Never watch #BelowDeckMed! Get malia from the show WE WANT HANNAH. ”

A number of fans shared that they planned to boycott the show because of the way it handled Ferrier’s fears. Some viewers believe the storyline was detrimental to advocates for mental health and promise to stop watching. ‘Disappointment all around. I like the picturesque settings, but that may not be enough to keep my interests in a show that was separate from the usual reality diet and formula, ”one viewer tweeted.
