Doris Burke does not want Kevin Durant’s angry Twitter fingers

At least Doris Burke knew the risk she was taking.

During the Nuggets-Jazz first-round playoff game Monday afternoon, Michael Porter Jr. came down the floor and pulled up for a 3. Burke said it made her think of Kevin Durant.

“I do not want KD to drive me crazy, but did that not have a Kevin Durant walk-up 3 feel – release point, quickness, fluidity, mechanics?” said the ESPN analyst. ‘No, please do not follow me on Twitter, Kevin Durant. But that looked very much Kevin Durant-esque. ”

Durant hadn’t taken issue with Burke’s comparison to the Nuggets’ rookie in the immediate aftermath, though he did search through his Twitter posts Monday afternoon.

When one user tweeted about enjoying Durant tweeted back at people who are “still crazy”, Durant had a reaction.

‘That’s why I still have a twitter … they want me to trade professionally on the internet. No, I will not lol, ”tweeted the Nets star.

In another response Monday, Durant said his Twitter game did not affect his day-to-day affairs.

“Yeah, it does not REALLY affect a part of my real life, but at times I do not like to enjoy myself in the curry,” Durant tweeted. “Should I do it ?? I believe so lol. ”

Durant admitted in February that he still uses a burner account to respond to his criticisms, although he already does much of that through his own verified account.

“I’ll still do the thing with the burner,” Durant said on the show’s All Time Smoke podcast. ‘There are some s – t where you need to be exactly, these people will always figure out a way. Certain people, I will return to my regular account. But if I’m just trying to do my thing, dive in – I have the burners. I just went up that one time, and you know why I went up. ‘
