The UK branch of Domino’s is investigating whether the pizza delivery driver caught the customer’s food on camera while rubbing it on his crotch and then placed the order.

According to news agency Southwest News Service (SWNS), Jonathan Terry of Buckinghamshire, England, recently ordered from a pizza chain during a night with friends.

Domino’s customer certified by message by typing in pizza boxes

“About 20 minutes after we got the delivery we went out for ice cream and to my surprise I got a call from my girlfriend,” Terry told the outlet.

“I hope you haven’t eaten the ice cream that Domino’s sent you,” he said. He then told me to go to the ring doorbell [footage]”

After reviewing the video from the home security camera, Terry was horrified to learn that the delivery driver had knocked on the door and put a pint of ice cream on his crutch before he inadvertently handed it to the customer.

Terry said,

“It felt totally respectable and very vile,” Terry said. “My housemate said he was violated – he’s not happy.”

After complaining to Domino’s about the incident, the customer said he was offered complimentary coupons but declined the gesture, as he did not want to eat from the chain again.

“I said, ‘I don’t feel safe after what your delivery driver did and I don’t want to buy orders again from Domino’s,'” Terry, reported by SWNS. “I want to make sure people are aware of what has happened.”

“We were very disappointed to see this film and our driver’s behavior is unacceptable. We expect high standards of conduct at all times and clearly this person has broken the trust our customers have in Domino’s expectations, “a reporter for the chain told Fox News.
