DK Metcalfe pulled Leon Late as he walked into the end zone

Seahawks receiver DK Metcalfe made a touchdown. . . Until he did.

Metcalfe badly beat Cowboy Rookie Cornback’s Travan Diggs, which should have a touchdown of 63 yards. Instead, Metcalfe placed the ball in one hand and slowed down as he approached the final zone.

Diggs caught Metcalfe – as Don BB did with Leon Lett in the Super Bowl XXVII – and eventually hit the ball from the back of the zone. The Cowboys took 20 in their own hands after hitting Metcalfe. At 62 yards, it was the longest reception of his career for Metcalfe. . . And one wants to forget it.

Instead of a lead, the Seahawks are tied at 9-9 with the Cowboys after the first quarter.

The Cowboys had a chance to take the lead, but Graz Zurlain clashed for an extra point in the first quarter after Ezekiel Elliott’s 1-yard touchdown run with 1:40 remaining.

Wilson is 4-of-6 for 125 yards, including a 43-yard touchdown to Tyre Locket who didn’t celebrate before reaching the end zone.
