We regret to inform you that your next visit with us will be affected by various closings. We recognize that the situation for COVID-19 is constantly evolving, and there are many factors that are helping us determine when various aspects of our business will reopen responsibly.
Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park remain closed and will reopen at a later date, pending approvals from state and local governments. Disneyland Resort hotels are also closed and will reopen at a later date. Given this unprecedented situation, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this process in the most responsible way possible.
Unfortunately, this means that we cannot accommodate your next hotel room reservation. If you have already modified or canceled your next Disneyland Resort hotel room reservation or Walt Disney Travel Company vacation package, no further action is required.
To provide additional flexibility, we are exempting Disney’s change and cancellation fees as of the check-in date for reservations with arrivals until August 8, 2020. If you are unable to contact us prior to the check-in date for In that period of time, you will not be penalized or assessed Disney fees for canceling your Disneyland Resort hotel room reservation or Walt Disney Travel Company vacation package after your check-in date.
Please note that some components of the package are non-refundable and subject to third-party operator cancellation policies. You must work directly with any third-party operator that you have used to book any part of your vacation package that has not been booked through the Walt Disney Travel Company, including flights, travel protection and car rental.
To cancel or modify your reservation, contact Walt Disney Travel Company at (714) 520-5050 between 7:00 am PST and 9:00 pm PST, 7 days a week. If you are a Canadian resident, call (800) 496-6337.
If you originally booked through a travel professional, please contact them directly if you have any questions or would like to reschedule them.
