New details have surfaced surrounding the divorce of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
According to court documents, the reality star cited “inconsistent differences” as the reason for their divorce.
Kordashian has also requested that the ability to provide spouses, either by himself or by the West, be terminated, according to Entertainment Tonight and US Weekly, which obtained court papers.
The documents also state that the date of their separation is still “TBD” and, as previously reported, was a pre-agreement in place of the famous pair.

The docs were filed on February 22, and the famous divorce attorney of the stars, Laura Wasser, is representing the skim creator known as the “Disco Queen”.
Last week, it was revealed that the 40-year-old Kardashian is also seeking joint and legal custody of the four children he shares with the West: 43: North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3 and Psalm, 1.
Fox News has reached out to representatives of both parties.
This split is said to be completely happy.

Reports of arguments for the divorce are varied, with sources previously saying that their politics, lifestyle, Kalbass home and even the rapper’s surprisingly brief presence at the rapper’s wife’s lavish birthday party were all points of controversy.
The two began dating in 2012 and confirmed their relationship together at public events.
They were married on May 24, 2014, in a ceremony at the Renaissance Gfort in Florence, Italy.
News broke that Kardashian had filed for divorce earlier this month.

The marriage was West’s first and Kardashian’s third. She first married music producer Damon Thomas during 2000-2004, then married basketball pro Chris Humphries in 2011-2013, although she filed for divorce just 72 days after their marriage.
News of the split between Kardashian and the West first broke out in January.
When the reports came out in early January, E! News reports said Kardashian had not yet filed for divorce because she wanted to make sure she was “making the right decision for the children”, according to an insider.

TMZ also reported at the time that the two had been living apart for a few months and that their relationship was in deep trouble “in the last part of 2020”, with the couple mentioned in the marriage counseling.

Meanwhile, a source told Page Six that “Kim got the bride to go there [to Wyoming] So that they can live a different life and quietly sort things out and divorce. It’s over. “
