Dennis Richards is having an amazing time on his oldest daughter’s 17th birthday!
The 50-year-old actress shared several photos of her birthday girl, Sam, on Instagram on Wednesday, including an instant cover of People Magazine announcing her birth!
“I don’t think my beautiful baby is 17 !!!! Time flies so fast, so I was amazed at the beautiful girl you became,” he said in a photo.
“Still, a part of me will give you anything for those years when you were younger. I appreciate those precious moments. I love you so much Sami girl. I’m so proud of you. You’re beautiful inside and out. Very sad .I love you my Sami 💕 Happy Birthday “

Richards shared Sammy with ex-husband Charlie Sheen. The couple has another daughter, Lola Rose, 15. Richards adopted her third daughter, Alois Johnny, 9, in 2011.
In 2019, Richards opened up to People’s Celeb Parents, who have her values and are very dear to her when it comes to raising her children.
“I think my daughters will tell you I’m a strict parent,” Richards said earlier, adding that he had installed security cameras outside his home to prevent Sam from meeting the boys without his permission.

“I definitely have rules and boundaries and there are consequences,” Richards added, adding that she does not allow her daughters to “do what they want.”
While Bravo Starr admitted that one of his daughters could be “extremely headstrong”, he said he also acknowledges the positive values in that character trait.

“My father said, ‘It can be challenging now, but when she’s an adult, you’re very grateful, because she’s going to be a strong woman.’
Richards added, “And at the time I was like, ‘OK, she’s my daughter,’ because I’m sure I was probably very similar to my parents.”
