Great career move for Deion Sanders – who just announced that he’s leaving his performance on the NFL Network for a role at Barstool Sports.
Prime Time spent 14 years as an on-air analyst at the NFL Network – but there were rumors of a contract dispute and he was bailed out.
But, the 53-year-old does not ride in the sunset … just the opposite, he joins Barstool Sports, where he will strengthen NFL coverage with his own podcast and weekly appearances on “Pardon My Take” to break NFL games.

“I’m happy! I’m excited,” Sanders said on “PMT” … while revealing the name of his podcast, “21st and Prime.
Which is interesting … Barstool has been at WAR with NFL commish Roger Goodell for years and you have to wonder how Rog feels about one of the biggest stars of the sport END with the enemy land.
As we reported earlier, Barstool honcho Dave Portnoy recently won a charity auction to watch an NFL game with Goodell, but the league his winning bid refunded, label Portnoy as persona non grata.
Sanders says he knows the move is controversial – but says he loves the brand and can’t wait to start saying what’s really on his mind without holding back.
