For the past several years, celebrity prodigy David Dobrik and his all-around circle of friends from Vlog Squad have reigned supreme as YouTube’s hottest tastes of the moment. Combined, the fun-loving Slovak content creator – he is currently protected from US deportation under DACA – sports more than 26 million subscribers and an unbelievable 8.4 billion live views across two YouTube channels, plus endless lucrative sponsorship with the likes of SeatGeek and Honey. He also has more than 20 million followers on TikTok, and the creator’s support grant of $ 1 billion from social media.
Justin Bieber, John Stamos, Kylie Jenner, Courteney Cox and other celebrities who chase maximum clowns and a barrel of laughter have all appeared in Dobrik’s vlogs, as have many of YouTube’s most recognizable makers – such as Tana Mongeau, Trisha Paytas, Logan Paul, and Jeffree Star, whose former mansion Dobrik tours for one of his vlogs.
It’s no secret that Dobrik has been looking for a new home since last year, and he often posts videos of his tours for luxury homes on Instagram. Although his search was temporarily halted due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, ringleader Vlog Squad and his entourage of assistants and friends have now managed to find a gleaming Los Angeles mansion with an infinity pool and all the luxury amenities included in this price range. The purchase cost him $ 9.5 million, according to property records, a lot of money by any standard, but significantly less than the original $ 12 million of the property.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a particularly bare corner of San Fernando Valley’s Sherman Oaks neighborhood, the spec-built home features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in a mansion-sized 7,800-square-foot living space, per the mention.
Guests and less financially fortunate YouTubers will be wowed by the entrance to the Dobrik estate, which opens into a massive living area with Fleetwood walls of glass and glossy terrazzo floors. Highlights include a walking tour, temperature-controlled wine cabinet, a cinema, a gym, a gourmet kitchen slathered in white marble, plus a master suite from the top with enchanting skyline of the valley.
Outside, the property includes a lounge area centered around a fireplace, a full open kitchen with BBQ center, and the aforementioned swimming pool with its equipped spa. There’s also a picturesque love on a swing, plus a grassy load of lawn for the Vlog Squad to sneak up on.
Since 2017, Dobrik and members of his team have lived in the nearby Studio City, in a contemporary mishmash of a Mediterranean-style house he bought for about $ 2.5 million. That property, which overlooks a wide plain of the valley and has been the longest location of Dobrik’s whole prank, was photographed last year for Architectural Digest.
Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker and Craig Knizek of The Agency jointly held the mention; Weston Littlefield of the Aaron Kirman Group at Compass reported Dobrik.
