Darth Vader – or instead of his head – was once again taken away from the dark side, but the police entered to save the day … TMZ has learned. No JDs are needed.
Sources of law enforcement tell us … 38 years old Frank Hebert He was arrested on Monday night when he entered the Bad Robot Productions building in Santa Monica and participated with memorabilia from the movie ‘Star Wars’ … including Darth’s helmet.
We are told that police responded to the scene and we were told by security personnel that Hebert had been caught surveillance entering the building illegally from the roof, and left with a shopping cart full of haphazard materials.
Our sources say the cops quickly found a man pushing a car down the street, which we are told is full of ‘Star Wars’ stuff – like the original props used in real movies.
The cops say that under the mountain of ‘Star Wars’ Oshikao, there were 2 helmets … Darth’s Iconic Black and Storm Trooper too. They arrested him, and charged Hebert with criminal non-residential theft. He headed in for the shot and entered.
Speaking of helmets – our sources tell us that all items were safely returned to their rightful owners – and the Galaxy was once again arranged in sync. Finished.
