Cuomo denied reports of a woman being grouped into the governor’s mansion

Governor of New York. Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday denied allegations that he touched the woman inappropriately, calling the new defendant’s reported account “gut-ranching.”

On Tuesday, the Times Union Al F Albany reported that a sixth woman accused Cuomo of inappropriate behavior, and of touching her without her consent at the governor’s mansion.

The newspaper on Wednesday alleged that Kuomo reached under the female employee’s blouse and adorned it. The newspaper quoted an anonymous source.

“Like I said yesterday, I’ve never done this before,” Cuomo told NBC News.

“The details of this report are gut-wrenching,” he said. “Looking at the ongoing review, I’m not going to talk about the specifics of this or any other allegation, but I’m confident in the outcome of the attorney general’s report.”

New York Attorney General Letia James has appointed two attorneys for the independent investigation, one of whom is a former U.S. executive. There is an attorney.

The Times Union reported that the woman had not filed a formal complaint with the governor’s office.

The newspaper reported that his allegations were reported to the governor by other employees of the executive chamber and the information was also passed on to the attorney general’s office by the governor’s office.

In March, staff members watched a news conference in which Kuomo refused to touch anyone inappropriately, and when the female employee became upset, a female supervisor came to her aid and the employee later told her what had happened. Alleged to be, according to the Times Union.

This is the sixth woman to report Kuomo being accused of inappropriate behavior or sexual harassment. Not all women accused him of touching them.

Kumo has denied touching anyone inappropriately, but has admitted that he acted in a way that made people feel uncomfortable. He said he was inadvertent and apologized.

Despite calls to resign, Cuomo has said he will not step down.

On Sunday, state Senate majority leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins, also a Democrat, vowed to step down. And on Monday, Republican state legislators, who are in the minority, introduced a resolution to begin impeachment proceedings.

NBC News has not verified the account of the sixth accused whose claims were reported by the Times Union.

In that case the woman was said to have been called to the governor’s mansion to help her with a minor technical problem involving her mobile phone.

A person who described the matter shortly after told the newspaper that the woman had told Cuomo to stop and that widespread allegations also included that Cuomo had repeatedly behaved rudely with her.
