Cuomo captures the video moments before the staff is attacked

The exclusive video obtained by this post shows the moment before Gov Andrew Cuomo, a government female employee, was stabbed in the head by a homeless man in the light of Brahma Day in Manhattan.

Chilling footage shows the man swinging his first hammock behind Christmas1-year-old staffer Lisa Kevanoff as she walks along Third Avenue near East 48th Street at 2:15 p.m., Christmas Eve.

At one point, the suspect, identified by the cops as Christopher Guzman, 28, appears to be grabbing Kevanoff and walking next to him for a second – while the big Cinder takes the block.

The assailant then fell behind Kavanagh before hitting a piece of concrete in the head again and suddenly ran towards him out of the blue, hitting him in the head and temporarily knocking him down.

Cuomo staff, who help with recruitment and appointments to the governor’s office fees, needed stitches to close a 2-inch deep wound on his head. He sustained non-fatal injuries, sources said.

Guzman – who told the cops he lives in a homeless shelter on West 35th Street in Manhattan – has since been arrested and charged with second-degree assault in a horrific attack.

Kevanoff was believed to be on his way home from work at the time of the attack, which happened in front of a construction project. Cuomo’s Manhattan office fee is about six blocks from the scene.
