Cowboys vs. Eagles score: Michael Gallup attacks Philly in the air, keeping Dallas alive in the NFC East.

Things were already interesting when this NFCEST match was underway, but even more so as the Washington Football Team lost to the Carolina Panthers. With this loss, the Dallas Cowboys chased down the Philadelphia Eagles with a final score of 37–17 in the final – putting them in contention for the division title in Week 17, as well as the New York Giants, regularly ending their opposing season. The Eagles fired outside the gate in Week 16 and it looked like they would run with him to the AT&T Stadium, but the opposite case came out.

Jillian Hurts was hurting both on the ground and in the air, scoring big runs and finding Dixon Jackson an 81-yard bomb for the second passing touchdown of the day to extend his lead in the first quarter. It was the last time the Eagles would get the dirt for the rest of the game, however, the Cowboys fought back in the second quarter with a touchdown from Andy Dalton to Michael Gallup after a dry first 15 foot minutes.

From there, the cowboys went on a tear, torturing the Eagles secondary in the process. Gallup had a day of his own and ended the first half with a second touchdown to give the Cowboys the first lead of the game, and he joined the air attack through Amri Cooper and Stair Lamb – later finding both the final zone as receiver and back-to-back as the Eagles passed the Cowboys attack. No response was received.

And with that, the Eagles are eliminated from the playoff controversy and next Sunday is for all the marbles in the NFC East. Stay tuned for a full analysis of this win-win in Arlington, Texas, but get the live blog below while you wait!
