Cowboys’ Ezekiel Elliott sued for alleged dog attack

FRISCO – Ezekiel Elliott is known as a proud dog owner, but he is now facing legal action regarding his pets as the Dallas Cowboys star is being sued after a woman claims she was brutally attacked by her animals.

In a document obtained by TMZ, the women said that she went to Elliott’s residence on March 11 to clean her pool, when she was “ambushed” by her three dogs, a Rottweiler and two bulldogs. The woman says that she suffered serious injuries due to the “Rottweiler drags her by the arm as two bulldogs bite her legs.”

The woman says she required surgery for her injuries as a result of the incident, resulting in a call to Frisco police, with no charges filed for the incident. In the lawsuit, the woman claims that she is still dealing with problems with her surgically repaired arm, and says that she continues to constantly suffer mental and physical pain from the attack.

The lawsuit also alleges that Elliott’s dogs on a previous occasion attacked another pool cleaner, alleging that in December 2019, the Rottweiler bit another person who worked for his cleaning company.

The woman’s lawsuit is asking for a sum between $ 200,000 and $ 1 million.

Elliott’s attorney, Frank Salzano, claimed that the cleaner was not supposed to be at the residence on the day of the incident and was therefore invading. Salzano gave a statement to TMZ saying: “The complainant was not authorized to be on the premises the day of the incident and deliberately ignored or negligently ignored her employer’s policy requiring Elliott to be notified prior to any visit. We look forward to continuing to establish the plaintiff’s tax negligence during the course of this matter. “

Elliott’s teammate Dak Prescott was involved in a similar case regarding his dogs and a woman who claims she was attacked by them.
