The Cowboys canceled Tuesday’s practice in response to what is considered highly relevant to the medical situation involving team staff.

The identity of the employee is not currently reported due to the sensitivity of the matter and respect for potential gravity. The club issued a news release on Tuesday announcing the cancellation, adding that the medical cause was not related to COVID-19.

The paramedics responded to the star at 7:30 a.m., and no wrongdoing is suspected, a Frisco police spokesman said. The crisis did not directly involve cowboy owner Jerry Jones, who set up a local radio station about an hour after the paramedics arrived.

Staff were moved to a local hospital by ambulance

Coach Mike McCarthy was previously scheduled to address reporters at 10:30 a.m., he will not. The players decided to speak to the media in the afternoon. It was also canceled.

Dallas is on a short weekend, with the Washington Football Football team playing at the AT&T Stadium on Thursday.
