A B&Q distribution center is currently working on an outbreak of COVID-19 after 14 employees tested positive for the virus.
The center in South Marston, Swindon, is still open, but workers who were exposed to the infection were told to self-isolate.
Other employees at the warehouse who tested negative returned to work, according to the Swindon Advertiser.
Swindon is currently fifth on the list of highest infection rates after reporting 48.2 cases per 100,000 people last week.
If this number continues to increase there are concerns, it could be the next region that gets a local lockdown.
A B&Q spokesman said: “Our partner Wincanton can confirm that 14 colleagues at our Swindon Distribution Center have received a positive (Covid-19) test result and are self-isolating.
“Some of the colleagues who have been in contact through the local rail and trace procedure have isolated themselves immediately and have received a negative test result to confirm that it is safe for them to return to work.
“In accordance with government guidance, Wincanton will take all appropriate measures to ensure the safety of colleagues when they are on the ground.
“This includes thermal imaging cameras to detect temperatures, shear timings of shifts, social distancing markings on the floor, access to PPE, in-depth cleaning procedures, and a ban on non-essential site visits.
“Wincanton works closely with the relevant public health authorities, who have praised the social distance measures in the Swindon Distribution Center.”
