It’s official – Tiffany Haddish and Common are our new favorite celebrity couple.
After Haddish opened up about her dating life during an appearance on Steve-O’s podcast, The wild ride of Steve-O!, earlier this week Common answered a question about their relationship. Appears on an episode of Living with Kelly and Ryan on Friday, that was co-hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Elaine Welteroth, Common said of Haddish, “She’s a beautiful woman, a queen, and just a beautiful person, man.”
He went on, “You know, I just take care of her a lot, enjoy her and am thankful that she has them in my life. I’m happy.”
After meeting on the set of the 2019 film The Kitchen, rumors about Haddish and Common began to swell in 2020 when the couple attended a protest together at Black Lives Matter. And in April, it was revealed that Common and Haddish were quarantined together during the pandemic.
During her podcast appearance, Haddish exclaimed, “I feel more confident in myself and it’s not him who does it. I’m just a little bit happier and it’s like knowing I have someone who cares about me, who really has my back. It looks like he does anyways. And I love it. I love him. “
