Dirty Harry on Wednesday filed a couple of lawsuits against CBD retailers, which he says are using his good name to sell his cannabis products online and mislead customers.
According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, Clint says that these CBD retailers are supporting his products through fake interviews with him where he talks about his marijuana merchandise. Clint says he has never sat down with any of these companies and does not endorse their products.
In a lawsuit, Clint also claims that CBD retailers are using his name to attract consumers through Google searches. Yes, this 90-year-old man lives up to the metadata.
In the documents, Clint says he is being slandered for lies about the use of CBD products and says that companies have no right to use his image to sell their products.
Clint is looking for a big payday here … suing for millions of dollars in damages, for CBD retailers to cough up dough made with his name, and for court orders preventing them from using his name and likeness.
