Civil rights lawyer Leo Terrell said Thursday that alleged Democratic nominee Joe Biden has been “insulting” African Americans and said he refuses to offer substantial promises of help to underserved African American communities and those currently being shaken by criminal waves.
Terrell said that the mainstream media is painting a false narrative that claims that President Trump “does not care” for victims of urban violence, when the opposite happens.

Earlier this year, Biden told a New York City morning radio show that if African-Americans were unsure whether or not to support Trump, “they are not black.” The Delaware Democrat later expressed regret over those comments:
“It shouldn’t have been so arrogant,” Biden said in a May phone call with the United States Black Chambers, addressing the controversy within seconds of the session starting. “He shouldn’t have been such a wise guy … No one should have to vote for any party, based on race, religion, or origin.”
Terrell, who previously told Fox News that the Democratic Party “left it,” added that Democrats do not want civil order, but that the situation has also been completely opposite in that regard.
